A Workshop Series designed to help you challenge privilege, confront systemic racism and engage in collective healing while learning mindfulness skills and nervous system regulation
Participants: A group interested in raising their racial consciousness and beginning the healing process from systemic racism through dialogue and learning. This could be staff from organizations, businesses, universities, or other entities or friends/colleagues interested in forming their own learning community to practice anti-racism together.
